Here's how our flexible billing works: AI Speech Pro invoices you in advance for your current users. However, you have the flexibility to add additional users at any point within the billing cycle. Should you choose to include a new user partway through, there is no need for concern. We will simply apply a prorated charge for the new user based on the remaining days in your current cycle during your next billing period.
For example, imagine you are on our Advanced Plan and decide to add a new team member 15 days into a 30-day billing cycle. You won't be billed the full month's fee for this new addition. Instead, you will only be charged for the half-month that the new user is active, corresponding to the 15 days they will utilize our services.
