Do you have a find and replace feature?

If you're looking to quickly locate specific text within your document, simply click on the magnifying glass icon located in your toolbar. This user-friendly feature is designed to enhance your editing efficiency, allowing you to swiftly continue with your tasks without interruption.

Alternatively, for those who prefer keyboard shortcuts for an even faster workflow, you can activate the find and replace function by pressing (CTRL + SHIFT + H). This shortcut is particularly useful for users who handle large volumes of text and require quick navigation.

To ensure precision in your find and replace tasks, especially when dealing with common words like "city", it's advisable to include a space before and after both the word you're finding and the word you're replacing. This method prevents unintended modifications to similar words such as "cityscape" or "capacity", thereby maintaining the integrity of your document's content.

For clarity, consider this practical example:

Correct: If you're replacing 'city', ensure spaces surround both the find and replace words.

Correct result: This method isolates 'city' ensuring no other variations are altered.

Incorrect: Omitting spaces might lead to unwanted changes in words that contain 'city'.

Incorrect result: Words like 'anticity' could inadvertently be affected, leading to potential errors in your document.
