How can I resolve outstanding charges and regain access to my account?

Ensure you have a valid credit or debit card at the ready to facilitate smooth transactions.

If your account is canceled, you must contact customer support to obtain a payment link since the regular payment button will be deactivated.

1. Navigate to the AI Speech Pro login page and log in using your registered email and password to access your account.

2. Proceed to the Billing section within your account dashboard.

3. Select ‘Update Billing’ and enter your new credit or debit card details accurately.

4. Confirm your updated payment information by clicking ‘Update Billing Information’.

5. After saving, the system will automatically process any pending invoices.

6. Monitor your account to ensure that the payment is processed successfully, which will restore your account access.

If the transaction fails, your account might remain restricted until the payment issue is resolved.

7. If your account is canceled and you cannot locate the payment button, reach out to our support team to request a direct payment link.

If your updated card fails to process a payment, ensure it has adequate funds and is authorized for online or recurring transactions. If problems persist, consult your bank or attempt using a different card.

Your data remains secure and intact even if your account is blocked or canceled due to payment issues. Upon successful payment, your access and all associated data will be fully restored.

If your card continually fails, you have the option to switch to an alternative payment method by updating your billing details in the account’s billing section.

The system will automatically attempt to process the payment up to three times over a month. If all efforts fail, your subscription may face cancellation.

If your account has been canceled, contact customer support to reactivate it by settling the outstanding payments.

Even after account cancellation, payment of outstanding charges and confirmation from support will allow you to regain access.
