To begin exporting your transcription files from AI Speech Pro, click on the EXPORT button and choose the SubRip subtitle file (*.srt) format. This format is widely used for adding subtitles to videos.
Next, to upload and manage your video subtitles on Facebook, follow these steps:
Click on Photo/Video located at the top of your Facebook timeline or News Feed to start the upload process.
Select Upload Photos/Video and choose the desired video file from your computer. Once selected, proceed by clicking Post.
Facebook will send you a notification once your video is fully uploaded and ready for viewing. You can access the video by clicking on the notification or by finding the post on your News Feed or timeline.
For editing options, hover over the uploaded video, click on Options at the bottom of the video frame, and choose Edit this video.
To add the subtitles, click on Choose File under Upload SRT files and select the .srt file you exported from AI Speech Pro. Confirm by clicking Save.
If you wish to include subtitles in additional languages, simply repeat the upload process (steps 4–7) for each language file.
To remove previously uploaded captions, click on the video to expand it, then click Options at the bottom. Select Edit This Video from the dropdown menu.
Locate the .srt file you wish to remove, click the X next to the file, and finalize your changes by clicking Save.
