If you decide to discontinue the auto-renewal of your subscription, simply cancel it by visiting your account settings here: https://aispeechpro.com/account. Doing so will prevent any further subscription charges.
Upon cancellation, you will have two options to choose from:
1) Downgrade to the Standard Plan: Opting for the Standard Plan allows continued access to your transcripts. However, be advised that all media files stored in your account will be compressed, and retrieving the original media files will no longer be possible.
2) Opt for the Storage Plan: For those who need to maintain the original quality of their media files, we offer a Storage Plan at a cost-effective rate of $5.00 per month for every 50GB. This plan is ideal for professionals in legal, medical, and research fields who require pristine file quality for compliance and archival purposes.
