The billing process at AI Speech Pro varies slightly based on your chosen subscription plan: Standard, Premium, or Enterprise. Each plan is tailored to meet different user needs, providing flexibility and customized options for our diverse client base.

If you've purchased transcription hours under the Standard Plan and can't find the receipt, what should you do? Verify the transaction in your Transcription Log. This log will confirm the deduction of pay-as-you-go hours and ensure that the payment was processed successfully in your account’s ‘Billing History’ section.

Additionally, charges are promptly applied if transcription expenses exceed $200 during the cycle.

For Standard Plan users, how is billing handled? The Standard Plan operates on a pay-as-you-go basis with no recurring subscription fees. Users purchase transcription hours upfront, which are then deducted as files are transcribed. Both transcription and translation services are billed at $10 per hour, purchasable in one-hour increments. Track your usage and deductions through your Transcription Log.
